Buyer Terms and Conditions on Web Site

By proceeding with this transaction the Buyer acknowledges and understands that this is a transaction between the relevant vendor and the buyer alone. Rock 95 Broadcasting Ltd. and NetGain are involved in this transaction only as a marketplace to allow the buying platform. By proceeding with the purchaser, the Buyer will indemnify and save Rock 95 Broadcasting Ltd. and NetGain harmless from and against any claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damage, loss, deficiency, cost, liability and expense which may be made or brought against Rock 95 Broadcasting Ltd. and NetGain.

Agreement is between the Buyer and the Vendor under the following conditions:

• Vendor shall, upon receipt of funds, provide the purchased gift card(s) to the Buyer via regular mail or upon re-opening of the vendor’s business on timely basis. 
• Vendor shall honour the gift card without any limitations, including but not limited to, a certain date or minimum purchase. The Vendor will not introduce a premium or otherwise reduce the value of the gift card after purchase.
• There is no cash value to the gift card and may only be redeemed subject to the Vendor’s standard practice.
